Ralph Spencer, 90, of Wintersville, OH passed away May 7, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

He was born March 30, 1923 in Toronto, OH, a son of the late James and Lillie (Stull) Spencer.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by son, David who passed away April 22, 2013.

Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Grace (Wells) Spencer; son, Keith (Jane) Reynolds of Wintersville; daughter-in-law, Robin Reynolds of Cadiz; granddaughter, Jessica Reynolds; nephew, Phillip Spencer; and other numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM with Pastor Jeff Greco officiating.

Burial will follow in New Alexandria Cemetery.
