Rebecca M. Bly, 70, of Richmond , OH , passed away August 19, 2015 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville .

She was born October 22, 1944 in Steubenville , OH , a daughter of the late Marcella Eloise (Crissinger) and William E. Davis .

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard C. "Tennis Shoe" Bly who passed away May 25, 1997 ; brothers, Charles Davis and William E. Davis III.

Rebecca was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church in Steubenville .

She was a bus driver for the School of Bright Promise for over 28 years. Rebecca was a foster mother, care giver, and the matriarch of her family.

Rebecca enjoyed crocheting and card club.

She is survived by her sons, George C. (Linda) Bly of Wintersville, Richard C. Bly II of Richmond , Douglas A. (Julie) Bly of Malvern, and James J. Bly of Richmond, OH; foster son, Adam "Joe" Woroniak of Richmond; brother, Edward (Linda) Davis of Richmond; sisters, Sherry Hennis of Steubenville; and Diana (Rick) LeMasters of Bloomingdale; grandchildren, Danica, Douglas II, Jaid, Jacqueline, Tyler, and Zachery Bly.

Friends will be received on Saturday from 6-8 PM and Sunday from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St. , Richmond where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11:00 AM .

Burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery .
