Rebecca Ann Morrow, 52, of Wintersville, OH passed away October 8, 2013 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born March 7, 1961 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Kenneth and Inez (Parkin) DeVore.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her brother, William DeVore and sister, Lois Gibson.

Rebecca was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Wintersville.

She is survived by her husband, Mark Morrow of Wintersville; sons, Ben (Cassie) Scardina of Carrollton, Luke (Brianne) Scardina of Steubenville, John (Jennifer) Scardina of Wintersville, and Andy (Jeanie) Scardina of Wintersville; daughters, Lacey Hickle of Wintersville and Elizabeth Morrow of Wintersville; brothers, John (Barbara) and Kenneth (Janice) DeVore; sister, Mary (Duke) Clark; seven grandchildren; and many friends.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Saturday from 5:00 PM until time of the memorial service at 7:00 PM.
