Rebecca Jo Riley, 51, of Steubenville, OH, passed away November 10, 2014 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh.

She was born July 7, 1963 in Arlington, VA, a daughter of the late Eugene Ray, Sr. and Carol Geraldine (Smith) Elder.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, Jeffrey L. Riley of Steubenville; daughters, Nicole, Krystina, and Kelsey Riley of Steubenville; brothers, Gene Elder of Steubenville and Timmy Elder of Weirton; sisters, Kimberly Thompson, Tammy (Ed) Zorne of Steubenville, and Carlena Elder of Shadyside; many cousins, nieces, and nephews; and in three weeks, Rebecca would have been a grandma.

Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 AM.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
