Richard Lee Richey, 92, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on March 3, 2023. He was born on May 14, 1930, to the late Wiley and Edna Richey.

He is survived by his wife Sandie (Leas) Richey; his niece Milissa Leas; his nephew, Brad Leas; and his great nephews, Jordan Allen, Demetrius Leas, and Trevor Leas.

Richard graduated from Steubenville High School and was the former owner of Richey & Richey Cement Contractors. In 2008, he retired from the Jefferson County Highway Department.

He was an avid Steubenville Big Red & Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, OH, 43953, on Monday, March 6, 2023, from 5 P.M. until time of services at 6 P.M. with Pastor Mark Statler officiating.
