RICHARD "Carl" ROGERS, 40, of Lancaster, OH, died Friday, January 1, 2010 in Lancaster. He was born in Steubenville, OH, April 8, 1969, a son of the late Frank G. and Elaine A. (Furbay) Rogers. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Robert. He was a graduate of Wintersville High School and a self-employed laborer. Carl is survived by three brothers, Frank (Tammy) Rogers, Sr., Richmond, Daniel (Nina) Rogers of Franklin, NC and John Rogers of Steubenville. Funeral services will be at 1 PM Tuesday, January 5, 2009 at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond. Friends may call from 11 AM until time of services at 1 PM.
