Richard Thomas Rogers, Jr., 59, passed away September 30, 2019 at his home.
Born April 13, 1960 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Richard Thomas, Sr. and Donna Jean (Miller) Rogers.
Preceded in death by sisters, Sandy Wright and Deb Rogers; and niece, Tiffany Hanlin.
He is survived by his sister, Sharon (Randy) Springer; many nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes there will be no services.
