Rita Britton Lemley of Wintersville, Ohio passed away April 16, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 5, 1950 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of Wanda (Hayhurst) Britton and the late Carl Britton.

In addition to her mother Wanda, she is survived by her love of her life, Lester Lemley, husband, who she spent the last 23 years happily with; also surviving are their children, David (Joan), Amy (Joe), Lori (Michael), and Janet (PJ); brother, Ed (Rosie) Britton; grandchildren, Derek, Ashley, Matthew, Caitlin, Ronnie, Kayla, Jacob, Abbey, Justin, Christopher, and Sarah; and great grandchildren, Aubri and Ava; and her 3 furry friends, Pebbles, Socks, and Stormy.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday, April 18, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held Saturday 11 AM at the funeral home with the Reverend Jeff Proya officiating. Private burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates
