Robert William Bell, 75, of Toronto, OH, passed away July 18, 2018 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH.

He was born February 20, 1943 in Point Pleasant, WV, a son of the late Leslie and Ida Mae (Pearson) Bell.

Robert served his country in the United States Navy.

He was a self-employed electrician for over 50 years.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Donna (Busana) Bell; brothers, Leo and Richard; and sisters, Teddy, Nanny, and Barbara Jean.

Robert is survived by his wife, Barbara (Churchman) Bell; sons, Barry (Amy) Bell, Robert (Lisa) Bell, Steven (Angie) Bell, and Richard (Amber) Bell; daughter, Michelle (Kelly) Baim; brother, Ray Bell; sister, Daisy; 13 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

Friends will be at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday from 4 pm until time of funeral services at 7 PM.
