Robert "Pie" Gump, 91, of Richmond, OH, passed away July 17, 2019 at Lancia Villa Royale, Steubenville, OH.

He was born August 11, 1927 in Wintersville, OH, a son of the late William Z. and Agnes Rose (Watt) Gump.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by brothers, Clifford, Charles Wayne, and Harold Gump.

Robert served his country in the United States Army. He retired from Weirton Steel.

Robert was a member of the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church and Weirton Steel 25 Year Club.

He was an avid bowler, fisherman, and enjoyed boating.

He is survived by his wife, Isabell M. (Hartmann) Gump; daughter, Deborah Gump son, William (Leona) Gump; 5 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and 2 great great grandchildren; and sister, Joanne (William) Milligan.

Friends will be received at the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church in Steubenville on Monday from 10 AM until time of funeral services at 12 Noon with Pastor Bill Hibbs officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville with full Military honors.
