Robert Bryan "Robbie" O'Neill, 46 of Richmond , Ohio passed away on Monday, February 7, 2011 as a result of an accident in Weirton .

He was born on February 2, 1965 in Steubenville , Ohio a son of the late Robert W. O'Neill whom passed in 1992 and Dorothy J. O'Neill Drake of Richmond. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by brother, Michael W. O'Neill in 1972.

Robbie attended Two Ridges Presbyterian Church and Cross Roads Christian Church. He was employed by Phar-Mor for 5 years and also Live Nations Music Group of Burgettstown , PA. He was truly a humanitarian at heart.

He leaves behind his mother, Dorothy; two sisters; Paula Ricourd of Richmond and Donna Barrios of Bloomingdale; a step-sister, Tina (Robert) Davis of Steubenville; three brothers, Mark R. (Becky) O'Neill of Unionport, Richard L. O'Neill and Shawn P. O'Neill both of Richmond; aunt, Susan (Warren) Foote of Oregon; two uncles, Ed Strawn of Beaver, PA and Thomas Strawn of Virginia; 12 nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St. , Richmond on Thursday from 7-9 PM and Friday from 10 AM until time of services at 1PM with Pastor Jason Adams officiating.
