Roberta M. "Bobbi" Moffat, 80, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away on January 31, 2023. She was born on December 21, 1942, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Charles "James" and Naomi (Crissinger) McCarroll. In addition to her parents, Bobbi is preceded in death by her brother, James (Butch) McCarroll; and her sister, Kathy McCarroll.

Bobbi was past matron of Unionport OES chapter 360, and was formerly a part of the Steubenville Amelia White Shrine.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Gary L. Moffat; her daughter, Christine A. Bouska; and her granddaughter, Brittany (Kendrick) Jamison.

Friends will be received for visitation hours at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Sunday, February 5, 2023 from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A service will be held at 11 A.M. on Monday, February 6, 2023, at the funeral home with Pastor Tom Scott officiating. Entombment will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
