Roger L. Reed, Sr., 72, of Wintersville, OH, passed away May 6, 2016, at Life Line Hospital, Wintersville.

He was born February 6, 1944, in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Clifford and Ruth (McCain) Reed.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Earl Reed.

Roger served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam.

He retired from Weirton Steel.

Roger is survived by his son, Roger Reed, Jr.; daughters, Robin Reed and Rebecca (Larry) Graziani-Payne; mother of his children, Mary R. Reed; brother, Kenny (Sandy) Reed; sisters, Virginia Rogers, Linda Reed, Cathy (Gary) Bocek, and Rose (Jim) Robinson; grandchildren, Aeris, Chris, and Roxanne; and great grandchild, Emi.

Family and friends will be received on Monday at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH where funeral services will be held for Roger at Noon.

Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens.
