August 28, 1959 - September 27, 2015

Ronald Richard Turley, passed away peacefully in his home on September 27, 2015.

He is now one of God's many Angels to be met at Heaven's gates by his father, Rev. Allen R. Turley, Sr, his mother, Nellie M. Turley, his brothers, Allen R. Turley, Jr, Charles W. Turley,  his only child, Sheri Pearl Turley and his only grandson, RJ Turley, both of which were tragedically taken from him in a house fire, from which Ronald's broken heart never quite mended.

Survived by his wife and best friend, Billie Jo Turley, his sisters:  Mary (Turley) Reed, Doris (Turley) Duncan, Debbie (Turley) Werner and his nieces and nephews.

Ronald worked many years on the oil riggs of Oklahoma before returning to his hometown to work for Starvaggis as a Laborer where his co workers nicknamed him Turtle.  He remained there until his retirment

As per Ronald's wish there will be no services.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
