Ronald A. Watkins, 59 of East Springfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville. He was a 1970 graduate of West Liberty State College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Ron also ran a dairy farm with his partner Randy Tinney for many years in East Springfield. Ron was born August 21, 1947 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of Georgia Mae Groft Watkins of East Springfield and the late Walter L. Watkins. In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother, Robert William ( Donna) Watkins of California, Uncle, George(Nancy) Groft of Connecticut, Aunt, Elsie Snyder of Follansbee, WV, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Sunday March 18, 2007 from 5-8 PM and Monday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM with the Reverend James Stafford officiating.
