Russell "Rusty" Hatcher, 70, of Bloomingdale, OH passed away with his family by his side on August 3, 2022. He was born on June 30, 1952 in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Russell and Naomi (Rogers) Hatcher.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Elizabeth (Hyde) Hatcher; his son, Christopher (Crystal) Hatcher; and 5 grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, OH 43953, on Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 11 A.M. until time of services at 1 P.M. Pastor John Hyde will be officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Valley Hospice, 10686 State Route 150, Rayland, OH 43943.
