Ruth Ellen Corder, 77, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away October 24, 2012 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born March 7, 1935 in Toronto, OH, a daughter of the late Clyde Raymond and Marie Ellen (Wolfe) Eddy.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William Leo Corder; brothers, David, Charles "Bud", Raymond Eddy; and sister, Lucille Shirley.

Ruth attended the Pleasant Hill Presbyterian Church, Steubenville.

She is survived by sons, William "Bud" (Tina) Corder of Mingo Junction, Ohio and Jason (Traci) Corder of Amsterdam, Ohio; grandchildren, Willy, Jasmon Aiko, and Skyler Corder; and sisters, Violet McClain of Knoxville, Ohio and Martha Thomas of New Cumberland.

Funeral services for Ruth will be 11 AM Friday, October 26, 2012 at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville with Pastor Sam Davis officiating.
