Ruth Irene (Snider) Fike, 86, of Wintersville, OH, passed away December 28, 2016 at Dixon Health Care Center, Wintersville.

She was born January 31, 1930 in Steubenville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Benjamin and Laura (Moran) Snider. Ruth was a nursing assistant at Labelle Nursing Home for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, James E. Fike; son, Keith Fike; daughter, Sharon Fike and Pamela Myers; and four brothers, Robert Sr., Benjamin, Charles, and William Snider.

Ruth is survived by her daughters, Karen Teague and Lori Bryan; five grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; son-in-law, Darrin; and brother Ronald "Deke" Snider.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 5-8 PM where funeral services will be held Wednesday 11 AM with Pastor Bill Westling officiating.

Entombment will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates.
