Ruth Wadena Call Grimm went to be with her Lord Jesus on Thursday, February 03, 2011 , after suffering with dementia for 10 years.

She was born in Richmond , Ohio to Harry and Lota Scott Call on December 17, 1916 . She moved to Beloit with her daughter and family in 2002.

She attended school in Richmond and worked as a waitress in Steubenville and Richmond . Ruth also was a substitute cook for Jefferson Union High School and Knoxville elementary. She operated a service station on Rte. 152 with her husband for many years. Ruth was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church and belonged to the Ladies Missionary Group.

Ruth is survived by two daughters Alice (Jim) Yasho and Nancy (Joe) Cadile, nine grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Grimm, son and daughter-in-law James and Barbara Grimm, sisters and brother-in-laws Darlene and Clifford Grimm and Thelma and George McAfee.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St. , Richmond on Friday from 3-8 PM. Funeral services 11 AM Saturday at the Richmond United Methodist Church with Pastor Carol Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Fort Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
