RUTH F. RILEY, 81, of Bergholz, OH, passed away Tuesday, December 26, 2006 in Dixon Health Care Center, Wintersville, OH following a lengthy illness. She was born October 3, 1925 in Annapolis, OH a daughter of the late Herman and Margaret (Heisler) Polen. She is also preceded in death by 4 brothers, Charles, Kermit, Oscar and Vernon Polen and 3 sisters, Nellie, Vergie and Anna. She is survived by her daughter, Jackie (Gene) Grim, Bergholz, a son, Merle Riley of Malvern, Oh, 3 step children, Bonnie, Barb and John of Carrollton, 4 grandchildren, Merle, Jr., Melissa, Perry and John, 5 step-grandchildren and one great grandchild; a brother, Ralph Polen of Bergholz and a sister, Emma Surber, Abingdon, VA. Funeral services for Ruth will be at 4 PM Friday at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 285 Second St., Bergholz with Donnie Grim officiating.
