Sally Ellen DeVore, 73, passed away on January 6, 2025. She was born on June 15, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Herbert and Betty (Pillot) Tennant. In addition to her parents, Sally is preceded in death by her husband, William P. DeVore; and her brother, Herbert C. Tennant Jr.

She is survived by her daughters, Tammy (Kenny) Smith, Joelle (Mark Lees) DeVore, Holly (Joe) Neff, and Cheryl DeVore; her sisters, Charla McDonald and Angel Tennant; her grandchildren, Rainy, Karly, Ellie, Rachel, Mackenzie, Parker, Joey, Anthony, and Adley; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Karter, Walker, and Wesley.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, Ohio, on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 12 P.M. until time of services at 4 P.M. with Father John McCoy officiating.
