Sandra Eileen Baker, 63, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away on July 22, 2026. She was born on April 11, 1963, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late James Perine and Barbara (Young) Perine Hanlin. In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her sisters, Donna (Perine) McCort Myers and Sue (Perine) Johnston Elson.

Sandy loved gardening, taking care of animals, helping with charity, JBC work, and local families.

She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Robert Baker, of Bergholz, Ohio; her sister, Chris (Perine) Anderson of Annapolis, Ohio; her brothers, Scott (Kathy) Perine of Annapolis, Ohio, and James (Marcella) Perine of Henderson, Nevada; and her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Bergholz Volunteer Fire Department, 724 Monroe St, Bergholz, Ohio, 43908, on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 2 until time of memorial service at 4 P.M. with Pastor Mark Thomas and Pastor Lee Iden officiating.
