Sandra "Sandy" June Hilty, 52, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on March 8, 2024. She was born on May 29, 1971, in Weirton, West Virginia, to Esther Marie (Zak) Hall and the late Bernard "Bernie" B Hall. In addition to her father, Sandy is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Teresa and John Zak.

Sandy was a member at the Colonial Baptist Church in Wintersville, Ohio, where her faith was very important to her. Her favorite job in the world was being a Mimi to her grandchildren and loved to cruise. She loved her family and friends deeply and could light up a room just by her quick-wit and her humor.

In addition to her mother, Sandy is survived by her loving husband, Robert "Bob" Hilty; her daughters, Emily (Jeremy) Matics and Jessica (Daniel Faix) Hilty; her brothers, Raymond (Cindy) Hall, Donny (Karen) Hall, Alan Hall, and Paul Hall; her grandchildren, Quinn, JJ, and Riley June; and her dogs, Macy and JoJo.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. A private service and burial will be held at the family's convenience.
