Sara Ann Nonemaker, 74, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on March 20, 2026. She was born on November 24, 1951, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Charles and Lilian (Hanlin) Vance. In addition to her parents, Sara is preceded in death by her husband, Howard Nonemaker, her infant son, William Keith; her daughter, Robin Andrews; and her brother, Charles Vance II.
She is survived by her daughter, Hope Merritt; her grandchildren, Daniel John (Kara) Merritt, Joshua Stinespring, and Elizabeth Stinespring; and her 7 great grandchildren.
In honor of Sara’s wishes, there will be no services held.
Private arrangements are entrusted to Everhart-Bove Funeral Homes.
