Sarah Archipowicz, 91 of Richmond, Ohio formerly of Wintersville, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2011.

She was born April 12, 1920 in Peebles, Scotland. She moved to the United States 66 years ago. She was a resident of Meridian Green for five years. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Archipowicz.

Sarah is survived by two sons Roman (Carol) Archipowicz of New Port Richey, FL and Archie (Luann) Archipowicz of Richmond; two daughters Dorothy (Bruce) Bartell of Melbourne, FL and Stella (Robert) Lockshiss of Piscataway, NJ; six grandchildren, Nicole, Kelly, Amanda, Michael, Michelle, and Eric; five great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Tuesday from 1-3 PM and 5-7 PM with funeral services to follow at 7 PM. Final resting place will be St. Johns Church in Hollywood, Florida. Memorial contributions can be made to the Tony Teramana Cancer Center.
