Shawn Jolene Castner, 66, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 25, 2025. She was born on September 7, 1959, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to the late Zane and Edna (Rager) Kennedy. In addition to her parents, Shawn is preceded in death by her siblings.

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Castner; her sons, Zane and Keith Roe; her daughter, Kerri Roe; her sister, Vanessa; and her grandchildren, Star (Joe) Reese and Gabrielle Ohalek.

Friends will be received on Monday, December 1, 2025, at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, from 10 A.M. until time of services at 12 P.M. with Pastor Bill Westling officiating. Burial will follow at Richmond Union Cemetery.
