Shirley F. Hall, 81, of Steubenville, OH, passed away November 2, 2020 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born March 21, 1939 in Richmond, OH, a daughter of the late Otto and Elsie (Stine) Kuester.

Shirley was a member of the Finley Methodist Church.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hall and brother, William Kuester.

She is survived by her son, William "Bill" Hall and fiancée, Jean Ann Trimmer and daughter, Dona (Richard) Clashman, Jr.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society.
