Stanley "Scotty" Elliott 83 of Tallahassee , FL formerly of Wintersville , Ohio passed away March 10, 2011 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born October 10, 1927 in Edinburgh , Scotland , a son of the late John D. Elliott and Christine Burrell Elliott. He was an ironworker with Ironworkers Local 549.

He is survived by three children, Gordon (Barbie) Elliott of Cadiz, OH, Lorraine (Rick) Schmied of Wintersville, OH, and Michael (Arlene) Elliott of Tallahassee, FL; two grandsons, Greg (Karla) Schmied of Canal Winchester, OH and Brett Schmied of Columbus, OH; two great-grandchildren, Kendelle and Braylen Schmied; two step-grandchildren, Karl Rodriguez and Shelley Fuelling; step great-grandchild, Alexis Franklin.
