Tammy Lynn Andrews, 48, of Steubenville, OH passed away March 29, 2014 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville.

She was born November 20, 1965 in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of the late Huck and Hazel (Hannen) Crawford.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, William "Billy" T. Andrews.

Tammy worked at the Sally Beauty Supply, Steubenville. She was a member of the Women's Auxiliary and Pottery.

She is survived by her sister, Jackie Hanes; uncle Tom (Linda) Hannen; nieces, Carolyn, Amy, and Michelle; cousins, Robert Hannen, Angela Ginier, Carrie Boyles, Rebecca Moore, and Neida Cooper.

Private services have been entrusted to the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, Wintersville.
