Tasha Leann Winland, 36, of Richmond, OH, passed away July 4, 2023.

She was born December 1, 1986, in Steubenville, OH, a daughter of Louise (Harold) Wells Bittinger and the late John Robert Winland.

Tasha was a loving, kind person that would put others above herself. She would go out of her way to help anyone.

In addition to her mother, Tasha is survived by her sisters, Kimberly Halm, Robin Sandy, and Vandellia Hearn; brother, Harold Bittinger, Jr.; many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Sunday from 2 PM until time of funeral services at 5 PM with Pastor Arthur Wells officiating.

The family is asking in lieu of flowers to make a donation to help with funeral expenses to Everhart-Bove Funeral Home.
