Teresa M. Blotner, 44, of Amsterdam , Ohio passed away Sunday December 19, 2011 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville .

She was born November 15, 1967 , in Sliver Springs , Maryland , a daughter of Carol Underwood Powell of Bowling Green, Virginia, and late William H. Wolfe.

Teresa was a member of Bergholz Church of Christ.

In addition to her mother Teresa is survived by her husband, James R. Blotner of Amsterdam ; son, Bobby Bernstein Jr.; daughters, Amber Wolfe, Tiffany Bernstein, and Jessica Blotner; and two grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Bergholz Church of Christ, 1000 Jefferson St. , Bergholz, on Thursday from 12 Noon until time of funeral services at 2 PM with Pastor Dave Miller officiating.
