TERI A. UTZLER, 49, of Richmond, OH, left our lives Wednesday, March 25, 2009 to be at peace in heaven with her grandson, "Topher". She will be sadly missed by her mother, Carol, daughter, Mollie, son Billy, her sister, Jackie and her late sister, Kelli's two children, Hannah and Jerod, whom she raised as her own. In addition to her sister, she is also preceded in death by her father, Jack A. Finn and grandson, Christopher Joy, Jr. She also leaves her family of many who will miss her dearly. A Memorial Service for Teri will be at 1 PM, Monday, March 30, 2009 at the Bell Chapel United Methodist Church, St. Rt. 213, Steubenville with Pastor Jeff Proya.
