Terri Lee Francis, 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, passed away on September 6, 2024. She was born on January 12, 1949, in Salem, Ohio. A daughter of the late Merle and Helen Patricia (Norton) Toalston.

Terri graduated from Carrollton High School in 1967 and attended cosmetology school in Huntington, WV. She met and married Marion in 1968. Terri was a homemaker and later worked as a bookkeeper. She worked for the fuel department at Jefferson Landmark and retired in 2018. Her hobbies included playing the piano, cake decorating, and quilting. She was a devout Christian and a very loving mom and gram. She enjoyed farm life and raising animals her whole life.

Terri is preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband of 55 years, Marion O. Francis.

She is survived by her children, Lisa (Robert) Kuester and Shelley (David) Grafton; her grandchildren, Taylor (Kaitlyn) Grafton, Nathan Grafton, and Casey Kuester; her great grandchildren, Benjamin and Jacob Grafton; her sisters, Toni Prouty and Sherry Gibbs; sister-in-laws, Mary Ellen (Bob) Miller, Sonja (Mike) Whiteman, and Roxie (Grayson) Middleton; and her many nieces and nephews.

She will be sadly missed by them all.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the caregivers and nurses from Valley Hospice for all their kind and compassionate care during this very difficult time.

A private Celebration of Life will be held for Terri at a later date.
