Terry Lee Williams, 67, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Sienna Skilled Care, Wintersville.

He was born November 21, 1957 in Wellsburg, WV, a son of the late Charles and Mildred (Horner) Williams. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Lori Sprouse.

Terry is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Deffenbaugh) Williams; step-sons, Michael H. (Amanda) Skeens and Steve L. (Lisa) Skeens; brother, David (Phylis) Williams; sisters, Marilyn (John) Brown, Carolyn (Tom) Carbasho, and Lisa Johnson; brother, Charles (Lori) Kausky, and step-grandson, Stephen M. Clevenger.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 2 PM until time of memorial service at 4PM with Pastor Herman Tranter officiating.

After the service, everyone is welcome to the Bell Chapel Methodist Church for a luncheon.
