Thelma I. McAfee, 86 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Monday December 4, 2006 at Trinity West Medical Center, Steubenville. She was a homemaker, a member of Richmond United Methodist Church where she also served as a church missionary.
Thelma was born October 13, 1920 in Richmond, OH, a daughter of the late Harry and Lota Scott Call. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband George W. McAfee, a grandson Tim Davis, a great-grandson Cale Davis, and a sister Darlene Grimm.
Thelma is survived two children Bob McAfee and Ruth Ann (Gary) Davis both of Toronto, OH, a sister, Ruth Grimm of Beloit, OH, six grandchildren, Kim (Harry) Lewis, Roxanne (Frank) Mazur, Tom (Nancy) Davis, Steph (Kenny) Porter, Mandi (Gary) Pepperling, and Heather (Ronny) Grimes, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Friends may call at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St, Richmond on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Services will be at the funeral home Thursday at 11AM with Reverend Carol Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery, Toronto.
