Thomas J. Kaczmarek 79, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away Friday, May 10, 2019 at Trinity Medical Center West. He was born February 18, 1940 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Alex and Anna Mae (Gallagher) Kaczmarek. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Kaczmarek. He was retired from Harmony Industries. Thomas was a member of the Mingo Sportsman Club, PNA Polish Club and loved fishing and hunting.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Emily (Patterson) Kaczmarek; three daughters, Donna (Eric) Kampian, Connie (Ed) Riley both of Steubenville, Tomijean (Mike) Taylor of Wintersville; five grandchildren, Tommy Riley, Jessica Riley, Ashley Deer, Alaina Taylor and Makenzie Taylor.
