THOMAS O. "Todd" DeVORE, 59, of Mingo Jct., OH, passed away Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH.

He was born January 3, 1951 in Steubenville, OH, a son of Sylvia Spon DeVore of Mingo Jct. and the late John "Jack" Spon.

He was a retired Wheeling Pittsburgh steelworker and a Presbyterian by faith.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Jasmine DeVore, a sister, Tammy Casto and husband, Brian of Steubenville, his uncle and aunt, Judge John and Dorothy Spon, Sr. of Steubenville, a niece, Tiffany Weaver and husband John of Oakdale, PA, nephew Tyler Casto of Steubenville and numerous cousins.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of services at 11AM.

Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
