Timothy E. Bell, 44, of Steubenville , Ohio , passed away December 22, 2011 in his home of natural causes.

He was born July 14, 1967, in Steubenville, to Joyce (Cunningham) Bell and the late Richard R. Bell. In addition to his father he is also preceded in death by his brother, Steven Bell.

In addition to his mother he his survived by his children, Juliet and Jacob; brothers, Richard, Danny, Pat, Mike, and Chris; and sisters, Leslie and Lisa Moziejko.
