Tina Marie Reed Clutter, 57, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on November 8, 2022. She was born on June 12, 1965 in Steubenville, Ohio, to William and Tinnie (Argano) Reed. Tina was a member of the Hope Community Christian Church in Steubenville, Ohio. Tina is preceded in death by her brothers, William "Bill" and Joseph Reed.

In addition to her parents, Tina is survived by her children, Joshua (Haley) Hashbarger, Edward (Alyssa) Hashbarger, and Sarah Dawson; her sisters, Teresa (Brian) Means and Cathy Reed; her grandchildren, Esmé, Elsie, Emma, Ava, Parker, and Colton; and her best friend, James.

Friends will be received for visitation at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville, OH, on Saturday, November 12, 2022, from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. and 2 P.M. to 4 P.M. There will be a service at 4 P.M. with Pastor Imre Gulyas officiating.
