Toby Crowe, 66, of Richmond, OH, passed away March 6, 2017 at his home.

He was born May 3, 1950 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Donald J. and Gladys (Zook) Testa.

Toby served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam where he received a Bronze Star and Purple Heart for wounds received in action.

He was a member of the Wintersville American Legion Post 557 where he was Past Commander, Trustee, and Bar Manager and a member of the Weirton VFW Post 2716.

Toby is survived by his brother, Joseph (Dawn Marie) Crowe of East Springfield; sister-in-law, Gael (Bob) Damron; niece, Cigi Damron; and great-nephew, Jax.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 W. Main St., Richmond where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. with the Reverend Delbert Lash officiating.

Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville with full Military Honors.
