TODD MATTHEW KOEHNLEIN, a short lived angel and infant son of William and Tammy (Ratliff) Koehnlein II, died at birth Sunday, May 18, 2008 at the Trinity Medical Center West Birthing Center, Steubenville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Brock, his maternal grandparents, Larry and Mary Lynn Ratliff of Richmond and paternal grandparents, William and Sharon Koehnlein of Richmond; his paternal great-grandmother, Eleanor Kilos, his paternal great-grandfather, Robert Koehnlein, his aunt, Crissy Witsberger and husband, B.J. and their children, Derek and Nathan; his uncles Randy Ratliff and Thomas Koehnlein and wife Sarah, and son, Kyle.
