Thomas Lee Blackburn, 65, of Richmond, OH, passed away February 12, 2020 at Trinity Medical Center West ER, Steubenville.

He was born January 16, 1955 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late Ralph and Erma Jean "Jo" (Palmer) Blackburn.

Tom retired from Weirton Steel.

He was a member of the Richmond United Methodist Church. Tom was an avid motorcyclist and served as a member of the Wintersville H.O.G. Association.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Ann (Birney) Blackburn; daughter, Nicole (Gino) Williams; sister, Jennifer (Rob) Webber; grandchildren, Nicco, Gia, and Naudia; cousin, Mark (Cindy) Blackburn; niece, Ashley and nephew, Blake (Jasmyn).

Friends will be received on Friday from 3-7 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM with Pastor Byron Bufkin officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials may be made to Richmond United Methodist Church.
