Tracy L. Morris, 64, of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away on October 26, 2025. She was born on March 16, 1961, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late Lowell Morris and Donna Jean (Barker) Rennie. In addition to her parents, Tracy is preceded in death by her step sister, Becky.

She is survived by her brothers, Timothy Morris and Lowell "Marty" Morris; her sister, Debbie (Paul) Graubner; her step brothers, Todd and Tom; her step sister, Brandi; and her many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, Ohio, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, from 3 P.M. until time of services at 4 P.M.
