Virginia "GiGi" Martha Simmons was born on March 11, 1970. She went to be with the Lord on August 27, 2017, passing peacefully at her parents home.

Virginia is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Thomas and Martha Simmons. Also her maternal grandparents Christy and Virginia Graziani, and many aunts and uncles.

She is survived by her parents Thomas and Florence (Graziani) Simmons. Also brothers Thomas Simmons, Jr. and Keith A. (Melissa) Frisinger, Jr.; two sisters, Sherri Simmons and Lori Simmons and fiancé, Tony Carothers; four nephews, Austin, Dylan, and Gage Simmons and Landon Frisinger; and niece, Lakyn Carothers all of whom she loved like they were her own.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville where funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM.

Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Steubenville.
