VIVIAN M. FINLEY, 80, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Sunday, May 14, 2006 in Lancia Villa Royale, Steubenville, OH. She had been a cosmetician at the old Hub Department Store in Steubenville and was a Methodist. Mrs. Finley was born February 5, 1926 in Brilliant, OH, a daughter of the late James Emory and Carrie Williams Oxley. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth L. Finley, by a sister, Evelyn James, and two brothers, Billy and Jimmy Oxley. She is survived by four children, Gary (Barbara) Finley, Steubenville, Richard (Debbie) Finley, Richmond, VA, Greg Finley, Alvada, OH and Tamara (Todd) Blake, Coral Springs, FL; a brother, Donald Oxley, 2 sisters, Helen Steele, Harrisburg, PA and Carol Lee Phelps, Coshocton, OH, 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 110 West Main St., Richmond on Thursday from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM.
