Willard Everett Talkington, 81, of Amsterdam, Ohio, passed away on May 20, 2024. He was born on June 4, 1942, in Moatsville, West Virginia, to the late Paul and Ida (Mayle) Talkington. In addition to his parents, Willard is preceded in death by his son, Scott Talkington.

Willard was a part of the Aboriginal Explorers Club where they collected Native American artifacts.

He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia (Paulette) Talkington; his son, Jon (Jennifer) Talkington; his brothers, Jerry, Jack, Paul, and Jim Talkington; his sister, Susan Mills; his grandchildren, Pearl, Hayley, and Jimmy Talkington; and his great granddaughter, Lilian Talkington.

In honor of Willard's wishes, there will be no services held.
