William "Billy" T. Andrews, 47, of Steubenville, OH, passed away October 21, 2013 at his home.

He was born October 23, 1965 in Steubenville, OH, a son of the late George Andrews, Sr. and Eva (Everhart) Andrews.

He worked at Create A Room in Wintersville.

Billy is survived by his wife, Tammy L. (Deller) Andrews of Steubenville; brothers, George Andrews, Jr. of Wintersville, Joey (Mischelle) Andrews of De Graff, OH, and Roger Andrews of Mingo Jct.; sister, Debbie (Bart) Launchman of Lodi, OH ; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Thursday from 2-4 PM and 6 PM until time of funeral services at 8:00 PM with Father John McCoy officiating.
