William Reginald Garrison, 89, of Steubenville, passed away on October 21, 2021. William was born on November 17, 1931 in Steubenville, Ohio. He was the son of the late Elzie "Sam" Garrison and Arimathea (Bayles) Garrison. He graduated from Steubenville High School in 1949. William retired from Wheeling/Pitt Steel and owned a business called Trophy Spinnerbaits.

He is survived by his wife Norma Jean (Bair) Garrison, whom he was married to for 72 years.

William is also survived by his brother, Samuel (Delores) Garrison; his sons, Mark (Cathy) Garrison, Brent (Nancy) Garrison, Dana (Joni) Garrison, and Troy (Kimberly) Garrison; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Family will be meeting for an intimate memorial service at Fort Steuben Burial Estates Chapel at 2 PM on Monday, October 25, 2021 with officiant Mike Gump. Burial will follow.
