, a son of the late William H. and Thelma M. (Pearce) Critser Brooks.
Bill served his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving wife, Stephanie Critser of Wintersville; daughters, Heather (Josh) Parker of Wintersville, Heidi (Jason) Janis of Canfield, Ohio; and Erin (Rick) Mort of Weirton; six grandchildren, Hailey, Mason, Madison, Caitlin, Avery, and Brayden; step-dad, John "Jack" Brooks of Steubenville; and step-brothers, Tom (Jennie) Brooks of Pennsylvania and Dr. Jim (Lynn) Brooks of California.
Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home,
