William "Billy Bob" Robert Wilson, Sr., 88, of Annapolis, OH, passed away February 24, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born September 29, 1936 in Annapolis, OH, a son of the late Robert G. and Mary (Dilley) Wilson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Margaret Davidson.

Bill was a hardworking farmer his whole life. In addition to running the farm, he worked for Weirton Steel for 31 years. He enjoyed watching Ohio State football, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He attended East Springfield Church of the Cross.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Mary Elizabeth (Barker) Wilson who he married on March 7, 1959; sons, William "Bill" (Cheryl) Wilson, Jr. and George (Crissy) Wilson; daughter, Becky (Ron) Ramsey; grandchildren, William "Robbie" (Jenni) Wilson III, Nicholas (Rachael) Ramsey, Jacob (Brooke) Wilson, Katelin (Pat) Wilson, Crystal Wilson; step grandsons, Ben (Jaime) Ramsey and Chad (Christina) Ramsey; and great grandkids, Addie, Ryan, and Sophia Wilson; Wesley, Annie, Cooper, Santiago, and Rhett Ramsey; and adopted son, Mike (Tyra) Clark.

Friends will be received at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home, 685 Canton Rd., Wintersville on Friday from 2-6 PM. Additional visitation on Saturday from 1 PM until time of funeral services at 2 PM with Pastor Tom Snodgrass officiating. Burial will follow at Germano cemetery.

On Saturday, the family will accompany Bill with his final ride on his Farmall tractor to the Germano Cemetery. Please join the family in honoring Bills memory by parking your tractor along side the road.
